New Study Shows PHI(TM) Technology from RGF Inactivates H1N1
Kansas State University and RGF Environmental have released a study on inactivating the H1N1 Virus on stainless steel surfaces. The study shows how RGF’s Photohyroionization (PHI(TM)) Cell provides inactivation of Influenza H1N1 (Swine Flu) or 99+% under controlled conditions. The study, a first in a series being conducted by KSU.
The Guardian Air (PHI(TM) Cell) was created to remove sick building syndrome risk by reducing pollutants in the air, reducing oders, Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs), mold, smoke, and viruses. Creating “Mother Nature’s Friendly Cleaners, the Guardian Air produces hydro-peroxides, and super oxide ions and hydroxides. Installed into the building’s heating and ventilation system air ducts, the Guardian air uses only light, water, and oxygen to create the hydro-peroxides, and super oxide ions and hydroxides. These will kills airborne surface and viruses along with bacteria, mold odors and VOC’s preventing them from spreading.
Humans have been breathing these “Friendly” cleaners for thousands of years as they are produced naturally. After the viruses and bacteria are killed, hydrogen and oxygen only remain. There are no chemicals or residue left anywhere.
The reason Guardian Air is so effective is that it is an aggressive system compared to a standard passive system. If someone sneezes the bacteria and viruses will have to bypass all people, surfaces, and objects in the room. From there they will have to go into the ventilation system to be filtered out. The PHI(TM) Cell allows the cleaners to be in the room with you at all times. A study shows that Guardian Air reduces microbials by 78% within 3 feet of a sneeze.
The PHI(TM) Cell technology has proven effective at reducing life threatening viruses and bacteria such SARS, Bird Flu, Norwalk, MRSA, E-Coli, and Strep that the technology has been specified as part of the indoor air quality protection plan of America’s largest restaurant chains, hotel chains, theme parks, cruise lines, public schools and hospitals. With the recent inactivation test results for the H1N1 virus or Swine Flu, business owners and home owners can feel even more comfortable knowing that RGF’s PHI(TM) Cell technology has helped improve indoor air quality conditions.
