You can do them right next to your bed when you wake up in the morning. And you likely know how to do them, anyway. Sit ups, push ups, squats, back bridges, and any form of yoga. If you know anybody that is an avid yoga practitioner, you know they likely have a lean, thin, muscular body.
When you do just a few minutes of body weight exercises every morning, you’ll be amazed how quickly your body will change for the better. And while your friends are running their lives away on the treadmill, you’ll be burning fat while sitting and watching TV.
