6. Diet – The state of our physical health often depends on the food we eat. Eating foods rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals could easily strengthen our body and state of mind, which also makes us capable of dealing with high levels of stress.

7. Attitude – Make an effort to apply a positive outlook as a reaction to problems and stressful situations. Learning to positively accept things in life that you cannot change greatly prevents you from falling into a state of anxiety.
