PostHeaderIcon The Fat Loss Workout Plan and Meal Plan

I wake up every morning around 5:30 am to get ready for my workout at 6 am. I need to get my pre-workout supplement going and actually wake up a little before I jump straight into a heart pounding workout that would kill a mere mortal man, well not really.

At 6 am most any workout is a little bit more difficult for many, but the workout I do everyday takes the cake. I have seen and heard of many who ‘lose their cookies’ after attempting one of my workouts so I know they are tough. The meal plan is the most difficult aspect of my workouts and I dread even thinking about it.

When it comes to eating I want nothing more then to eat the foods I love and avoid everything that I hate. Well hate is a rough word but I don’t like eating salads and dry meat. I want a hearty meal that fills me up and makes me smile. Most of the time those meals aren’t the healthiest but I am happy when they are over and I feel full.

The type of meal that is perfect for my meal plan is balanced, low in carbs and sodium and have a high protein mix. Easy right? Only if you are planning on eating every meal at home.

You would think knowing this would make it easier for me to make the right decisions about the food I eat. I am not horrible just not as clean as I should be to see the dramatic results I truly want to see, like a six pack! It’s especially difficult when you are on the road for the day and just want something quick. You don’t want to spend twenty buck on lunch either but to get some high protein meals you just have to get close to that dollar figure. When you are staring at the menu it’s just easier to order something that is close to what you should be eating.

If I did nothing more today besides change my diet and turn up the intensity just a little more in my workout, I could see drastic changes in what I see in the mirror. I no longer worry about how much I can lift or what the guy next to me is doing, I focus on myself and the number of reps I can do and practice great form while working it out.
